SociaLock provides a secure portal for storing social media and dating app login information. In the event of user inactivity or demise, SociaLock partners securely access this information to delete accounts as per user preferences. SocialLock partners can also share your login information with a chosen secondary contact that is listed in the sign-up stage of the account.
Your privacy is important to us. We collect, use, and disclose information about you as described in this Privacy Policy.
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
SociaLock provides a complimentary 6-month trial period. Following this trial, a subscription fee of $9.99 is due every year. By entering your payment details, you authorize SociaLock to process these fees. Rest assured, we won't collect any payment information until 6 months after your initial sign-up, as tracked in our backend software. Once your trial concludes, you'll receive a manual payment link via email for your recurring subscription. To maintain access to your SociaLock profile beyond the trial period, active subscription status and valid payment information are required. Failure to submit your subscription payment for a consecutive month will result in the deactivation of your SociaLock account.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You are solely responsible for your use of the Service and any content you submit.
If your account remains inactive for a specified period, as determined by your settings, SociaLock may take action as outlined in these Terms.
We retain the right to suspend or revoke your access to the Service at our discretion, without prior notification or liability. In the event of termination, all login credentials saved within your profile for social media or dating apps will be promptly removed from the portal and our systems.
SociaLock and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service and its content. You may not modify, adapt, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
In no event shall SociaLock be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold SociaLock harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
SociaLock reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
